3D Divine – Where Faith Meets Precision

3D Divine is the sacred sub-brand of FOFUS, dedicated entirely to the creation of custom 3D printed religious idols, devotional sculptures and spiritual home decor. We are based in Thommana, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur — at the very heart of Kerala's most spiritually significant region.

Irinjalakuda is home to the Koodalmanikyam Temple — the only temple in India dedicated to Bharata, the brother of Lord Rama, with origins traced to 854 AD and roots in the sacred Skanda Purana. Our studio stands in this land where devotion has been practised for over a thousand years. That heritage shapes everything we create.

What We Create at 3D Divine

Every idol and devotional piece at 3D Divine is digitally sculpted by our designer, approved by you before printing, and produced with reverence for the tradition it represents. We work across Hindu and Christian traditions, creating pieces in PLA, resin and metal-finish materials.

Hindu Deity Idols

  • Ganesha – The remover of obstacles, in multiple forms: Bal Ganesha, Sitting Ganesha, Dancing Ganesha, Panchamukhi Ganesha. Sizes from 5cm desktop to 30cm altar-scale.
  • Guruvayurappan (Krishna) – The presiding deity of Guruvayur Temple, 26km from our studio. One of the most worshipped forms in Kerala. We create Him in the traditional four-armed form, Bal Gopal and Flute Krishna forms.
  • Lord Vishnu – Ananthasayana (reclining form), Trivikrama, Padmanabha and Vaikunta forms.
  • Lakshmi – Goddess of prosperity, in seated lotus, standing and Ashtalakshmi forms. Navratri and Diwali special editions available.
  • Saraswati – Goddess of knowledge, ideal for study rooms, schools and Vijayadasami puja.
  • Lord Shiva – Nataraja, Lingam, Ardhanarishvara, Panchavaktra and Sadashiva forms. Thrissur's own Vadakkunnathan is a Shiva temple — this deity holds immense significance across this district.
  • Ayyappa – The beloved deity of Sabarimala, in seated yogic posture. Ideal for homes of pilgrims who complete the Mandala Deeksha vow.
  • Devi / Bhagavathi – Durga, Kali, Chamunda and Kerala's own Bhagavathi forms. Paramekkavu and Thiruvambady Bhagavathis feature in Thrissur Pooram every year — our pieces honour this living tradition.
  • Hanuman – Veerahanuman, Panchamukhi Hanuman and Anjaneya forms.
  • Subrahmanya / Murugan – Seated and standing forms with Vel, with Valli and Devasena.
  • Bharata and the Nalambalam Deities – Irinjalakuda is the seat of Koodalmanikyam, home of Bharata. We are the only studio that specifically honours the four Nalambalam deities: Rama (Thriprayar), Bharata (Irinjalakuda), Lakshmana (Moozhikkulam), Shatrughna (Payammal). A complete Nalambalam set is available as a custom four-idol commission.

Christian Religious Figurines

  • Jesus Christ – Sacred Heart, Divine Mercy, Risen Christ and Child Jesus forms
  • Mother Mary – Our Lady of Velankanni, Our Lady of Fatima, Immaculate Conception
  • Nativity scene sets – Full custom characters, stable and star compositions
  • Cross designs – Wall crosses, altar crosses, Celtic cross decorative variations
  • Saint figurines – St George, St Francis, St Anthony and custom saints on request

Why 3D Printing for Sacred Idols?

Traditional brass and panchaloha idol making in Irinjalakuda has a history as old as the temples it serves. We deeply respect that tradition. 3D Divine does not compete with it — we complement it. Our medium serves a different need:

  • Custom form and posture – Brass casting locks you into a fixed mould. 3D printing allows any pose, any size, any detail combination your puja room requires.
  • Accessible pricing – A hand-cast brass Ganesha of 15cm starts at ₹2,000–₹5,000. Our 3D printed equivalent with metal finish starts at ₹699 — bringing consecration-ready pieces to every home, not just those who can afford handcrafted metal.
  • Exact replication – We can 3D scan an existing idol — a family heirloom, a temple souvenir, a beloved piece — and reproduce it exactly in any size or material. The original is preserved. The copy is permanent.
  • Personalisation – Your family deity in the exact mudra, jewellery and finish your tradition follows. This is not possible with mass-produced catalogue idols.
  • Speed – Custom brass or wood carving takes weeks to months. Our custom 3D pieces are typically ready in 5 to 7 business days.

Festival and Occasion Calendar – Thrissur and Irinjalakuda

The devotional calendar of Thrissur district is one of the most active in India. We align our 3D Divine catalog to every major occasion:

  • Guruvayur Ekadasi – Most auspicious day for Krishna devotees in Kerala. Guruvayurappan idols and darshan gifts are in highest demand. Order 3 weeks in advance.
  • Thrissur Pooram – The Mother of all Poorams, held at Vadakkunnathan Temple. Bhagavathi and Shiva pieces see peak demand in the weeks before Pooram.
  • Onam – Mahabali figurines, Onam lamp holders, Vishnu forms. Kerala's own festival of homecoming and prosperity.
  • Navratri and Vijayadasami – Nine nights of Devi worship. Lakshmi, Saraswati and Durga idols, plus Kolu display sets. Order by September each year.
  • Ganesh Chaturthi – Ganesha in all forms. Our most popular festival product. Limited order slots — advance booking recommended.
  • Janmashtami – Bal Gopal and Krishna idols. Guruvayur being 26km from our studio makes this especially significant for our customers.
  • Diwali – Lakshmi and Ganesha together, lamp holders, decorative diyas.
  • Christmas – Nativity sets, Jesus and Mary figurines. Kerala's Christian community is ancient — our Christ 3D Print brand serves this tradition specifically.
  • Sabarimala Season (Mandala Deeksha) – Ayyappa idols for pilgrims completing the 41-day vow. Deeply personal pieces made with care.
  • Griha Pravesh (Housewarming) – Custom deity pieces for the new puja room. A consecrated idol gifted at housewarming is among our most meaningful commissions.

Irinjalakuda – The Spiritual Geography of Our Studio

Irinjalakuda is not just where we are located — it is the context of what we create. This town holds extraordinary spiritual significance:

  • Koodalmanikyam Temple — India's only temple to Bharata, established before 854 AD, one of the four Nalambalam temples of Kerala
  • Thripaya Trimurti Temple, Vellookkara, Irinjalakuda — one of the rare temples in the world where all three of the Trimurti (Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva) are worshipped together on a single pedestal
  • Irinjalakuda — the Bronze Craft Heartland — Irinjalakuda and its surrounds are historically noted as a centre of bronze and brass craft production in Kerala, referenced in regional craft surveys as one of the primary locations for bronze articles alongside Payyannur and Kunhimangalam
  • Guruvayur Temple — 26km from our studio, one of the most sacred Vishnu temples in India, drawing millions of devotees annually
  • Thrissur Pooram — the world's largest temple festival, held 24km from our studio at Vadakkunnathan Temple

When you commission a 3D Divine piece from our studio, it is conceived and made in this sacred landscape. That is not marketing — it is geography and heritage.

How to Commission a Custom Idol

  1. Tell us the deity, form, size and material you want
  2. Share a reference image if you have one — a photo of your existing idol, a temple souvenir, or a print from a religious calendar works perfectly
  3. Our designer creates a 3D model and sends you a preview within 48 hours
  4. You approve the design — we will revise until it is exactly right
  5. We print, finish and deliver — or you collect from our Irinjalakuda studio

Materials and Finishes

  • PLA with metallic finish – Gold, bronze or silver finish. Most popular for puja room pieces. Lightweight and durable.
  • Resin (SLA printed) – Highest detail. Recommended for fine facial features and jewellery detail on smaller pieces under 15cm.
  • Natural PLA – Eco-friendly, plant-based. Available in white for a pure, unadorned aesthetic preferred in some traditions.
  • Metal-coat finish – PLA base with metallic paint layered and buffed by hand. Closest visual equivalent to cast metal at a fraction of the cost.

Pricing

  • Small desktop idols (5–10cm) — ₹299 to ₹699
  • Medium altar pieces (10–20cm) — ₹699 to ₹1,999
