Refund policy


This Return and Refund Policy is formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Return Window (India)

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

  • The product must not show signs of use or damage

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@fofus.in.

  • We will arrange pickup at no additional cost (where applicable), or

  • Provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care products (if opened or used)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original product (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge.

  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Banks or payment providers may take an additional 5–7 business days to process the refund
