Are all products made to order?
Yes. Every single product at FOFUS is printed fresh when you place your order. We don't maintain pre-made stock. This means your product is never sitting on a dusty shelf — it's made specifically for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard products: 3–5 business days processing + 1–6 days shipping depending on your location. Custom / personalised orders: 5–7 days processing + shipping. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp throughout.
Can I customise a product?
Absolutely. Customisation is our speciality. You can personalise colour, size, name, photo, and design on most products. For custom orders, WhatsApp us directly or visit our Custom Designing page.
What materials do you use?
Primarily PLA (eco-friendly, plant-based plastic), PETG for functional parts, and ASA for outdoor use. All materials are food-safe and non-toxic. We use premium filament from trusted suppliers.
Custom & Personalised Orders
How do I order a custom lithophane?
Place the order on our site, then WhatsApp us your photo. We'll send you a 3D preview for approval within 24 hours before printing. The clearer and higher resolution the photo, the better the result.
Can you make something not on your website?
Yes — that's what our Custom Designing service is for. Share a reference image or describe your idea on WhatsApp and we'll quote you. We've built everything from medical equipment models to zoo exhibit sculptures.
Do you do bulk / institutional orders?
Yes. We supply to schools, hospitals, and corporates. Bulk pricing is available from 10+ units. GST invoice provided. Contact us on WhatsApp or email for institutional pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹60–80 depending on weight and location.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship Pan-India via Shiprocket-powered partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC). Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp once dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also WhatsApp us your order number anytime for an update.
Payments & Invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. FOFUS is GST registered (HSN 3926 90 99, 18% GST). A proper tax invoice is available for every order. For B2B orders, mention your GSTIN at checkout or WhatsApp us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since every product is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no charge.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We'll make it right. WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo. We take quality seriously and will always resolve issues — reprint, refund, or credit — depending on the situation.
