Returns & Refund Policy
At FOFUS, every product is made fresh to your order. Because we print on demand, we follow a clear and fair returns policy designed to protect both you and the quality of our work.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is the wrong item, we will reprint and reship at zero cost to you. No questions asked. Please:
- Take a photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- WhatsApp it to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
Quality Issues
If you believe the print quality does not meet a reasonable standard, send us photos on WhatsApp. We'll assess and either reprint, offer store credit, or issue a partial/full refund based on the situation.
Change of Mind Returns
Since every product is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about a product, WhatsApp us before purchasing — we're happy to share more photos or answer questions.
Custom / Personalised Orders
Custom lithophanes, couple figurines, and personalised products cannot be returned or refunded once printing has begun, unless there is a defect or error on our part. We send a design preview for approval before printing on all custom orders — please review carefully before confirming.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
How to Raise a Return / Complaint
The fastest way is to WhatsApp us directly with your order number and photos. You can also email us at support@fofus.in. We aim to respond to all queries within 4–6 hours during business hours (9am–6pm IST, Mon–Sat).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, before printing begins. After that, the order is already in production and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.
