Shipping & Delivery Policy
All products at FOFUS are made-to-order at our 3D printing studio in Kerala. Here's everything you need to know about how your order travels from our printer to your door.
Processing Time
Every product is printed fresh when you place your order. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched. Custom and personalised orders (lithophanes, couple figurines, custom designs) may take up to 5–7 business days as they require design approval before printing.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- ₹60–80 flat for orders below ₹999 (depending on weight and location)
Our Shipping Partners
We ship via Shiprocket-powered partners including Delhivery, DTDC, and BlueDart depending on your pincode and order weight. Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. You can also WhatsApp us anytime with your order number for a status update.
Undelivered / RTO Orders
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package is returned to our studio. We'll contact you via WhatsApp to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is available on special request — WhatsApp us for a quote.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint and reship at no extra cost. Your happiness is our priority.
