A highly detailed snap-fit model of a modern aero road bike, designed for easy, glue-free assembly. Made from precisely crafted parts, this miniature features an aerodynamic frame, deep-section carbon-style wheels, and aggressive race geometry. Perfect for cycling enthusiasts, hobbyists, and collectors, it’s simple to build and striking to display.

Printed in standard PLA using multiple colors.

Tips for assembly:

• Cassette and Rim Brakes: Attach the cassette and rim brakes before installing the wheels to avoid cracking or damaging the wheel structure.
• Wheel Assembly: Insert two small alignment blocks into the rim to lock the wheel in place. Then attach the second part of the rim on top, rotated by 30° for a secure fit.
• Chainring and Cranks: Mount the chainring on the smaller crank arm before attaching both cranks to the frame. Note that the cranks have a small flat section in the center hole—align the inner crank accordingly for a proper fit.
  
  All parts of the 3D model were printed using a 0.4 mm nozzle. For best results when printing the frame, it's recommended to reduce the printing speed for overhangs. Each part of the model comes with its own print profile, available in the "Print Profile" section.

More customazation:

I used an acrylic brush to give my bike a more personalized look without relying on AMS (Automatic Material System). However, AMS can be used for multicolor or custom material prints if desired.

If there’s enough interest in this model, I might release additional add-ons or even a full AMS-ready version in the future.

While glue is not required, you can optionally glue certain parts—especially the wheels—for extra strength and stability.
