FOFUS Launch Pad is the manufacturing and market access backbone behind a growing network of Kerala-based startups. Every startup listed here was prototyped, manufactured, and launched through FOFUS's 3D printing facility in Thommana, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur.

The 8-Step Launch Pad Process

Idea submission — founder submits product concept with reference images
FOFUS product review — manufacturability and market fit assessed within 72 hours
Prototype development — first physical prototype produced in FDM or resin
Design refinement — iterative revisions until founder approves
Manufacturing plan — unit cost, batch size, materials, and timeline locked
Launch — product page goes live on fofus.in with story and preorder system

Why Thrissur?

Thrissur — Kerala's cultural capital — sits at the intersection of artisanal tradition and engineering talent. The district produces more craftspeople, sculptors, and cultural product makers per square kilometre than almost any other district in India. FOFUS Launch Pad was built here deliberately: to give those makers a 21st-century manufacturing backbone.
